Ingredients

We are passionate about baking the healthy way. By using only the finest whole food ingredients, we are able to hand-craft all natural products of exceptional quality, taste, and nutrition.

We use whole food ingredients such as whole grain oats and flour, seeds such as flax, sunflower, pumpkin and sesame, nuts such as walnuts, hazelnuts and peanuts, fruits such as apples, raisins, plums and cranberries, sweeteners such as pure honey, unrefined cane sugar and molasses, free-range eggs, and cold-pressed canola oil. You will never find high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, or additives, hydrogenated oils, fillers or trans-fat in our products.

We strive to locally-source those ingredients that are grown in Poland via long-term relationships with family-farms in the region because such farms take great care to produce using the most natural and sustainable agricultural methods.
